This trophy is crafted in zinc Zamac and chrome-plated. It represents the appreciation expressed by the Stern Motor Mercedes-Benz dealership for the years of service contributed by its employees. It is a way to reward the dedication and hard work of those who have reached their retirement day.

The sculpture is based on the iconic Mercedes-Benz star, without the intention of overshadowing it. It is a minimalist sculpture with an organic appearance, enhancing the feeling of warmth. The chrome plating serves a dual purpose: on one hand, it shines like a star, and on the other, it allows the owner to see their reflection, reminding them that, to their colleagues, ‘he is the star.’
