The goal was to redesign the brand image of the well known restaurant “Zalacain” to reflect a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. We aimed to create a corporate identity that honors its classic heritage while evolving toward a contemporary personality. At the same time, the brand needed to convey its affiliation with the luxurious LaFinca company, which we achieved through the use of color.
Revitalized haute cuisine. A new approach that embraces sustainable, healthy, compassionate, and satisfying cooking.
In the heart of Madrid, Zalacain has been more than just a restaurant for half a century; it is an icon and a cornerstone of Spanish haute cuisine that has delighted the most discerning palates worldwide.
The logo for Zalacain Restaurante showcases a sophisticated and contemporary design that effectively captures attention. The bold, angular “Z” not only represents the brand name but also conveys a sense of elegance and modernity. The use of contrasting colors, particularly the pop of pink, adds a vibrant touch that enhances visual interest while maintaining a refined aesthetic. This design communicates a high-end dining experience, aligning well with the brand’s identity as an upscale restaurant.
